Smart City Prestige provided an excellent service, the booking was seamless and the communication leading up to my booking was seamless. The drivers were punctual, polite and helpful. I highly recommend to anyone looking for the perfect touch to their day.

I booked Smart City Prestige for a friend's wedding and had the pleasure of experiencing their top notch service. The Rolls Royce Phantom was immaculate inside and out with refreshments provided and the driver was prompt, professional and friendly, making the journey to the venue very enjoyable. I look forward to booking again in the future.

Terrible - Only Use if You Want Your Wedding Ruined!We had the unfortunate experience of booking Smart City for our wedding day. The driver caused my wife to be over 2 hours late because he kept taking wrong turns. After being told numerous times what turnings to take he still kept making wrong turnings. To make things worse he made the maid of honour use her phone as a sat nav, which obviously depleted her battery (did he have a charger? of course not).The one job of a driver, is to know the route and get you to your destination on time!Smarty City practically ruined our wedding day! My wife was in tears in the back of the car while everyone was waiting at the church. Once we were able to finally get married, the knock effect of the delay meant our reception ran late, we had to rush everything and meant we could not enjoy our day because everything was out of sync.Your Wedding day is something you never forget and whenever we look back on this day, it's impossible to forgot the impact of Smarty City.After knowingly ruining our day, Smart City still did not even do the decent thing and contact us to apologise. We had to contact them to notify them of our experience. Our Wedding was in September and to this day, they still have not provided us a refund.My advice - stay clear!

Impeccable standards from Smart City Prestige. Exceptionally happy with their excellent service. The Mercedes S Class was luxurious and in immaculate condition both in and out with refreshments and tissues in the car. The driver arrived promptly and was extremely friendly and polite. Smart City Prestige are always my first choice for chauffeur car hire whenever I'm in London. I've rented a couple of different models from them in the past, and just wanted to commend them on their very professional service, excellent choice of cars and for making me feel like a valued customer. I highly recommend them and will be booking again on my next trip to London.

Very Abusive.! Worst company to use in the UK by far, firstly rude and no customer service. I hired many cars from him before but because we went over time, Kareem the owner rang me whilst at my best friends wedding barking me to pay more for the car or it’s leaving. I was disturbed and paid the additional cost. DON’T book your car from a TYPICAL Asian.4 months later, he’s still the same guy, abusive and swearing telling me he’s not giving me a car and to try and afford my own Rolle Royce.Wow, what Great customer service.!!!
