If you order a bike dont expect it any time soon these take 9 days just to get it shipped out never in my life have i ever had anything take this long what is the world coming to just to get a new bike so if your like me who broke there bike last weekend an was hoping to be out the next week think again ordering from this site

Spent ages putting an order together then the discount code they had sent to me would not work. Avoid.

Be careful when you order online, as well as delivery they add on vat....I will not order from them again, this time was a product i wanted that they only had.....

I'm a very satisfied customer of Freewheel's.Despite the pandemic, Freewheel dispatched my bike arrived quickly and completely assembled via TNT. TNT, btw, not a great service during this pandemic.I've had a couple of questions and the CS team was very helpful and quick to respond. I will definitely consider Freewheel in my future bike-related purchases and can recommend them highly.

Bargain price for a sample balance bike in the colour that I wanted for my son. It was dispatched very quickly and arrived next-day by TNT (free delivery). I was updated throughout by email and it arrived fully assembled and well packaged. Fantastic service and would highly recommend - I’ll be buying my son’s next bike from Freewheel!

Have found Freewheel to be very good and use them regularly. When I have had a (rare) problem with parts the after-sales service has been excellent-both resolving the problem and keeping me informed in a timely manner (which is more than can be said of some competitors).This is one company I will take time out for in order to write comprehensive reviews on products I purchase as they do get published, and this may well help other people make an informed decision.In answer to a posted negative review, the service is only as good as the supply-chain and if certain parts are not currently coming through then we should all expect delays.

Hi. Highly recommend I purchased a really nice priced merino top. Added some merino socks to get the free postage deal. After wearing the socks a couple of times I spotted a small hole. After sales was perfect. Replied in a day. Uploaded photo. Replied same day. Offered refund or replacement. Received refund a couple of days later. Can't fault the customer service. Will definitely use again.

Excellent products at good prices. Prompt delivery and free postage over £30! What's not to like!
