Jess has been doing my hair for the last few years and always does a fantastic job! Gone from lighter back to darker and she always keeps my hair feeling healthy and looking great. Lovely salon to with free parking outside!

My usual hairdresser moved to Cornwall, desperately needed to find another. Called Charlie's and made an appointment. The young lady who cut my hair is called Jess. She was very polite and helpful. My hair was cut just as I like it. Will definitely make another appointment .

My go to salon! Jess and her team are amazing. Jess always achieves what I’m looking for even if i can’t explain it properly and at times where I don’t know what I want she will give me the perfect look! 10/10!
