Very helpful in supplying a flatbed trailer at short notice, provided trailer plate, straps and all fully insured.Trailer was nearly new, and very easy to use.

They seemed great initially and bought a nice looking horse trailer from them however my car then started having issues with the brake lights stopping working. Was in and out of the garage none stop. Disconnected the towbar, reconnected the tow bar. Didn't think it could be the trailer as it was new but then finally got it checked and turns out someone had jammed the wrong break/side lights cluster in and it was shorting out the circuit. When I emailed to complain (as I had been paying for this trailer for 3 months but been unable to use it due to this) they told me that it can't have been like that. Uuurrmm well it was! Unfortunately when I was there I checked my brake lights and side lights separately so signed to say it was fine so the best they could offer me was a service free but no money back. I then was so disheartened by this trailer that I decided to ask if I could exchange it and according to them my trailer, having gone <100miles home and less than a mile since due to the fault, was worth >2k less than when they sold it to me. Very upset by the whole thing and will not be buying from them again. It's a real shame as the man I met on the day was so lovely and helpful.

An absolute shambles.Sales people don't call back when they promise to. Emails go unread. Documentation is not ready when needed.

Paid a deposit on a used trailer only to be told the trailer wasn’t even in their possession yet. Got told we could have it within a week only to have to wait 3 weeks in total for it to come in. Then was told I’d have to pay an extra £800 on the sale price as it needed work. Needless to say I asked for my deposit back to be told it would take 3-5 working days to be refunded. You was happy to take my money just not so happy returning it. Found a trailer elsewhere which I could go collect straight away if I got my refund so they are still calling the shots

I purchased a Supersonic Horse box from Equitrek.Absolutely fantastic lorry, very easy to drive and good on fuelHorses load and travel well.The team really put themselves out to have it ready for early collection.

Absolutely over the moon today with my new Equitrek night treka trailer. Easy to find , excellent service from the very dedicated staff, extremely easy to deal with, and a top quality product. I would highly recommend anyone who is looking for a trailer to contact them direct. Excellent service all round from the whole team.

Customer service definitely requires a shake up. Managers came to us in reception and started telling us about problems found with our 'van, trouble was it was not our'van!! This happened twice!! We found fitter Matt to have been the most helpful and able to pin-point the faults on our 'van. He was quick and efficient and very professional. They are very busy but despite that attended to the repairs in a courteous and efficient service. We love our Moto-Treka and we are satisfied that repairs were completed satisfactorily.
