Gerry cleaned my gutters, solar panels, conservatory roof, inside and out.Did a cracking job, much harder than he estimated but didn’t raise his quote. Worked exceptionally hard and the difference in the solar panels is unbelievable! I see them on my drive home and every day, I’m still thinking, wow, “gerry did a great job”! Thank you so much.

Very poor customer service. Quoted £90 for cleaning of windows, conservatory and gutters.Most windows cleaned, but one window missed completely and gutters we could see from upstairs not cleared (specifically told they would not be cleaned after we queried why they hadn’t been done). The gutters were dirty and had weeds still growing in them. If this is how our gutters have been left when we can see those from the house, I doubt the gutters on the roof have been cleared properly.On asking Gerry about these problems he returned to the property and told me that there was nothing wrong with what he had done.Poor customer service - any message I sent he has just been quite rude and abrupt. What happened to ‘customer being right’?!Will not be using Gerry again.
