Disappointing. The store is bright and spacious but sadly the product I purchased (a CB6000 chastity device) was a cheap knock off made of flimsy plastic with rough edges - unfortunate that they should stock such a poor quality imitation product

Taff were really helpful and store has lots of space but was disappointed with the quality as item broke after being worn once. Definatly worth a visit just me cautious what you buy.

I think the outside gives off a different impression to the actual store experience so don't be put off by that; inside you'll find that there's a really wide range of products to suit most tastes, with a very friendly and welcoming team there to help if you need it (without any sense of awkwardness).They're always playing upbeat music, offering seasonal sweets and friendly non-judgemental service, with 3 for 2 offers or often at a better price than online.If you're looking for an alternative to browsing online where you can't always get a good idea of what you're buying, or the very female focused Ann Summers, this is the store for you.

Great store, lots of selection. Staff very friendly and helpful provided offer information and we given a catalogue and naughty novel which was a nice touch
