Tomb Street Car Park

Do not use this place! They will charge you £100 fine for unpaid time. If u accidentally type in the wrong registration...even if this was due to a malfunction of their machine and you have kept your receipt as evidence. Absolute disgrace! I now avoid the place due to this and the fact that when I passed the other due in broad day light 3 cars had had their windows smashed in

Disgusting! Was a few minutes over my allocated time due to my disability and was fined £100. Appealed this and offered to provide medical evidence. They were having none of it. Time starts when you enter, not once you buy your ticket!! Another clever ploy to ensure you stay over your 'allocated' time and receive a fine. Avoid at all costs, they're operating what should be an illegal system. Not to mention the unashamedly obvious discrimination for disabilities. Abielst and corrupt!

Used to be less than a fiver to park during the normal working day. Now basically 7.

STEER CLEAR! I raised my concern with this car park regarding lack of marking of allocated parking spaces in the rear car park and how it caused problems when I became blocked in by other vehicles. As a driver with mobility issues I had trouble exiting the car parking space. The response from Smart Parking when I raised this concern was to issue me a parking fine because I exceeded my time by 9 minutes! (They charge from the moment you drive in - not from the time you purchase your ticket) Drivers with mobility issues should steer well clear. This parking company are an absolute disgrace and make all their money through excessively disproportionate fines. I have completely boycotted using any of their carparks in any location - even if they are free.

£60 fine if you’re only a few minutes over your payed time. One benefit is you get a pen pal from England who’ll send you some lovely letters requesting the money

There are no details, ANYWHERE as to the closing time of this carpark. You can pay via the app until midnight, but the gate will be shut and locked.

One of the cheapest places to park close to Belfast city centre and especially handy if your coming from the North.

DO NOT USE THIS PLACEParked car and came back 1 hour later to my rear window smashed. Was told it wasn't there fault even tho my camera showed it happened from there roof caving in. Would give 0 stars if possible and not one member of staff was on site. This place is an absolute joke
