I want to thank with all my heart a paramedic called Chris who came to my assistance on Christmas Eve. He was off duty and travelling to Bristol for Christmas but came to my aid in WH Smith's in MOTO services. I was was so lucky that he was there. If he had not I would have been in deadly serious trouble. I am writing this from my bed as I recover. I am not out of the woods yet..Please help me to contact him personally.

had a first responder called Chris Scrase come to see my mother today in a care home. He dealt with her with extreme care, compassion and dignity and could not have been better. He is a credit to your service.thank you so much Wendy Ware

0n 19/7/18 whilst I was away from home, my wife Josi, became very unwell which necessitated her calling 111. Within 12 minutes of her call A Paramedic (Chris) arrived and proceeded to give her all necessary tests, including an ECG. His calm, kind and friendly manner, immediately calmed her, and after a few hours- and with him speaking to her doctor - he left. She truly feels that he was an angel, who epitomised all that is good in the NHS and we are so very grateful to him. He was such a good ambassador for the wonderful NHS.

Leaving a one star review because the one star review I left previously has disappeared!!!!! That time the ambulance failed to turn up at all. The call handler even failed to register/acknowledge the first two call as he couldn't find the address. The address was a road in Redruth, ridiculous.

Great service. I've had to call them twice this week for my mum and they have arrived within 30 mins each time. The paramedics were very thorough and explained everything they were doing clearly. I honestly cannot fault them. Thankyou.

We would like to say a huge THANK YOU to 3 young men - Sam Neil and Nathan - who have just left after making sure my husband was comfortable plus arranging for a GP to call and people to assess a Care package. They were so caring and professional and nothing was too much trouble. Also we’d like to thank everyone involved for their input. ( Call handlers, receptionists and organisations. )

The crew that attended my house to treat my antibiotic allergic reaction where fantastic.......looked after me, checked me over thoroughly, gave me an antihistamine injection and arranged for me to pick up appropriate medication from my local hospital for ongoing management of symptoms if needed..sorry forgot both your names, I said I was useless at names all I can say is a BIG Thank you to Mr and Miss/ Ms/ Mrs ambulance paramedics who were professional, kind and full of reasurance and advice. Can you pass my thanks on to the crew that attended to me, they got here to just outside Newton Abbot about 12.15 am ish, Tuesday H

My family,unfortunately have very recently required the ambulance service.I can only say how impressed with the service,we have been treated by three different crews all have them have gone well above the call of duty. Joe & Stacey, Sam & Andy and Dan &Alex.Incredible people, kind efficient and so very caring. On two occasions we had to wait in the ambulance for several hours which was certainly not a problem,the care continued none stop.people should never feel they have been abandoned as the treatment,tests etc. continue as they would had they been taken to a ward. I would rate 25 stars if possible THANK YOU ALL

I was picked up promptly by an ambulance on Friday 2nd September and taken to RD&E Exeter. Initially I was attended by a first time responder then the ambulance crew. I would like to thank all three for there effeciency and compassion during a very bad experience. Unfortunately I am unable to remember there names.
