by Anthony_WI took a bit of a punt on Archigrace, and am glad I did so. Ehsan has been professional and efficient throughout. He has worked very hard to incorporate last minute requests and changes, and turned these around as quickly as could have been expected. He has not made any additional charges over the initial agreed fees. Excellent value for money overall. I would not hesitate to recommend Archigrace in the future.

Exceptional service and quality of work. Archi Grace has been thorough in the preparation of the plans and accounted for numerous changes as requested by me with speed and precision. Also has a good relationship with Slough Borough Council; ensuring my plans were passed in a time efficient manner after a change was requested by the planning team.

Very poor service. They don't follow up on anything and have cost me money due to delays.

Excellent Architectural services offered.

I have used this company for architectural services on 2 separate occasions (completely different projects in different boroughs) and have found their quality of service, knowledge, speed and price to all be exceptional.I have been involved in property refurbishment for the last 15 years and have used many different architects and these are far and away head and shoulders above the rest in terms of how well they score on a number of criteria described above.In addition they are very happy with making amendments as the project progresses. I can honestly say that this company really does put the customer number one.Needless to say I'll be using them again

Really helpful and great service.

We commissioned Ehsan to draw plans for our loft conversion and submit for council approval. We paid for the application on 12th November 2021 and haven't heard a thing since then. We started chasing by emails, phone calls and text messages since 22nd Dec 2021, Ehsan doesn't take phone calls and completely ignores the emails or messages. We were forced to contact the council planning department directly on the 15th Feb 2022, and was told that the plan was refused as invalid on the 18th November 2021. Ehsan failed to notify us, ignored all our requests for an update, and also he lied to us in January saying that the delay was due to the council staff not back to office yet so don't have access to the documents. Extremely disappointed with the unprofessional way Ehsan works, it's been a waste of our money and even worse, our time. Would give -5 star if it was possible.
