Really loved the service at this shop. Everyone was so friendly and made it such a wonderful experience. It was the best part of the wedding planning process!

Please visit the bridal room if you’re looking for your wedding dress! I came across them because they stock Pronovias dresses, which I loved and not many shops seemed to stock them. I ended up purchasing my Pronovias wedding dress from them over a year before my wedding and right from the start Sue was absolutely amazing. She was so kind and thoughtful and always there if I had any questions. She also found my wedding shoes for me and sorted out alterations for both mine and my flower girls’ dresses by a member of her team. The alterations were done to perfection. The customer service I received from Sue was incredible and I just want to say a huge thank you for making the lead up to my wedding less stressful and for my dream dress! Gemma x

I had an absolutely fantastic experience here with Laura and Christine! We didn't feel rushed at all or encouraged to make a decision right away and they were both really helpful in keeping track of what I liked and didn't like. The dresses themselves were all beautiful as well and I'm sure anyone could manage to find their dress here.I'm looking forward to going back and making a final decision between the two dresses I loved!

Honestly couldn't recommend the Bridal Room enough when it comes to purchasing Bridesmaid dresses. The service we received from Laura and everyone at the shop was fantastic, they were all so lovely and accommodating. I had a large Bridal Party and it was difficult to get everyone together to try on the dresses, I ended up with 4/5 separate appointments and we found the perfect dresses for all the bridesmaids. Thank you for all your help and keeping me in the loop throughout!

I highly recommend The Bridal Room. Laura took time to really understand what I was and wasn't looking for and her specialist knowledge and imagination meant she picked out several dresses which I adored. Although I did not find my dress here, I easily could have done given the incredible selection of beautiful and unique gowns! I am so pleased to have bought my shoes here. Really recommend Rainbow Club shoes- they are beautiful yet so comfortable, and they can be dyed any one of around 200 colours after the day- a forever pair of shoes! Ever since our two visits to The Bridal Room, my Mum, sister and I have kept commenting what a special memory this experience was for us. We will remember it fondly. Thank you!

The ladies here are amazing! I came here after seeing another dress I loved elsewhere and not thinking I would find anything better for my wedding in Jamaica next year. I was so wrong. They knew their stuff and they just understood what I liked and didn't like which I really appreciated. Thank you so much. I would definitely recommend here to anyone.

Had a wonderful experience here for my first dress try on. I booked my appointment as was warmly greeted by two ladies (sorry I've forgotten names!). They asked what I had in mind and with that selected upwards of 10 dresses for me to try and made me feel at ease with the whole process. I was able to try anything I wanted and they were super helpful.Whilst I didn't end up choosing my dress from here, it was a very close call and they have a wonderful range and selection of designers. Would 100000% recommend.

These ladies are just amazing!!! They made me feel fabulous and they knew exactly what they were doing! Nothing was too much trouble! I have been to a lot of bridal shops and these were the only ones that made me feel good! Thank you for the lovely appointment! ❤️

These ladies are AMAZING!!! I didn’t end up buying my dress from here however I absolutely LOVED their customer service and went back to buy my veil from them. They let me bring my dress in with me to try with the veils and they made me feel so welcome again! I would recommend this shop 100% and was gutted I didn’t end up buying my dress from them as it was one of the best places I visited.

If I could give extra stars, I would. I am a plus size bride and had alot of anxiety surrounding this. I booked an appointment with Laura and at no point have I ever felt like I was judged. I was direct with what I didnt want and Laura made every effort to find me a dress suited to my body shape. Every single time I have been to try on my dress, I have been greeted by friendly and warm smiles. As I am having a destination wedding, they will even be packing my dress for me. I didnt try any other bridal shops, but I didn't need to because Laura picked my perfect dress on my first visit. She listened to my requirements, remembers details I tell her about my personal life (even after several months have passed) and has always made me feel comfortable.
