Ted's Grooming Room

We visited this high class establishment for pre wedding haircuts. One barber was excellent. However, one of the barbers did not complete the full services offered. No massage was given, no eyebrow trimming and was very rushed. Barber was unfriendly and more concerned about non-VIP people waiting in the wrong area. Disappointing given the high price tag of the experience. A beer was given but we were too scared of the barbers potential reaction so had to neck the drinks after the haircut.Unfortunately this gives Ted’s Grooming Room a bad name and we shall not be frequenting this establishment again.

I had the absolute pleasure of getting my hair cut by Armin in Ted's Grooming Room on Mortimer Street. He was the consumate professional and an absolute gentleman before, during and after my cut. He was affable, funny, good banter but still efficent and thorough with the cut. I have spent the last 7 years (since I moved from Dublin to Londo ) trying to find a decent barber... and it looks like I've finally find one!Thank you Armin for making me feel like a million dollars before my trip to Naples, Italy for a friend's wedding!

Wonderful experience with Mehmet who was hospitable and helped make me feel at ease. He was thorough and meticulous throughout. Very happy with the level of service and my haircut. Highly recommended!

This is without question the best barber in Central London.I have moved around a few of the barbers in the shop and they are all 10/10.Special shout-out to my man Billy who has this place running like clockwork.Worth every penny.

I paid £115 for the vip treatmentThe young man with tattoos all over his arms gave me one of the worst experiencesFirst I asked to just take a bit of weight out from the back and then for a fadeHe cut my hair completely shortFu***d up the fade , when I pointed this out, he acted annoyed, kept on rolling his eyes sighing the whole time .He was supposed to thread my eyebrows, which he also didn’t do .He was very rude .And couldn’t wait to get me out of the chair .I mean £ 115… should at least get me friendly service .I will never go back there

Being going to Firat in the VIP service for 3 months and the service is always brilliant. Friendly, professional and he also helped me find the best beard shape for my face. Will continue to come back as long as he’s around!
