Inspired Outsourcing

After a couple months they end up forcing you to quit or firing you on wrong terms. The turnover in this place blows my mind. Worked there for 5 months and ended up being ome of the longest sales men!They dont pay holiday pay you're supposed to be entitled too when you leave.

Great place to work. Great prospects. 98% of the management here have progressed rather than the company hiring externally. Great incentives, fab bonus structure with further opportunities to boost your income. I've been here 5 years and I enjoy coming to work. You get out what you put in!

Inspired has been my home for 2 years - as with anywhere you get some good eggs and some bad eggs but by far the fun I have had here is the thing that stands out. They reward you well for loyalty and very very rarely have to look outside their own talent for their next managers.You have to want to at least put all your focus on giving your customers the best experience - but who wouldn't want to do their job to their best ability. I have like others worked in many call centers but this is probably the only place where everyone is treated as an individual - and you can tell its a smaller business as it does have a family feel to it. #proudtobeinspired

From the interview to getting the job to progressing in my career - I felt supported, motivated, and welcomed. I've never enjoyed a job more and I know this employer goes above and beyond :)

Was there only a brief period and had to leave on my own accord due to personal issues. The staff and team leaders made it very hard to have an enjoyable experience working at inspired. Instead of motivating the employees they would put you down at the beginning of the day, I'd understand if it was constructive but it was down right grief we were receiving from the team leaders. This would then drop motivations and in turn performance leaving you with another earful of abuse the next morning. In all, my few weeks there were the worst working weeks of my sales carrier and one I would not recommend to anyone else. I was not the only one with these thoughts, in fact a fair few of the employees I worked with shared the same opinions as me, I have worked in a fair few different call centres and never before had I worked in one that upset me and made me dread going in. This was in the training/academy" period which is a grace period for room for improvement and extra help

I have worked for Inspired for 6 years and love my job! I work in the HR department and I have personal experience of how the Senior Management team actively seek feedback from their employees in order to make Inspired a great place to work. We take the well being of our staff very seriously and everyone is dealt with as an individual rather than just a number. I interview a lot of the sales staff who work for Inspired and I always say 'you will get out of this job what you put into it' it might sound a bit cliche but it's true! :-)

I've been at Inspired for just over 4 years now and I love it. All the staff are really friendly and approachable, no matter what their job status/role is. It's by far the most inclusive and supportive company I've ever worked for and they've helped me achieve so much, both inside and outside of work. Rather than reading the very small handful negative reviews I would urge anyone looking for a career in sales to consider Inspired

Great company to work for - if you work hard you are rewarded. Not only do they offer an uncapped bonus (meaning if you work as hard as you want you get as much bonus as you want), but they also look out for their employees with internal health activities and regular sales incentives on top. Great banter here too, it feels like a family. You're not just another number here. Pool table or Xbox at lunchtime, how good is that?!

Terrible company to work for and avoid at all costs!! I used to work for Inspired and it was a shocking company to work for and I'll give you reasons why. First I'd like to mention I already left a review on indeed about this company but they have taken it down!So management is terrible and so unprofessional. All they care about is sales sales sales and don't care about you as a individual at all. Be prepared If you go for this job and don't get a sale or as many as they would like you to do, then you will lose privileges and probably get shouted at and pulled into a meeting. Why do you think they keep taking on for? Because people come and go all the time because it's that bad.I've worked at loads of different Call centres and believe me now this has to be the worst, I'm only warning you. The only thing I like about this job was the shifts and my colleagues. Everything else I hated. So you've all been warned.

Great company to work for! Lots of incentives in place which helps to boost friendly competition. Very easy to progress in to a higher role if you're willing to put the work in. A lot of the management are people who have progressed from an adviser themselves. Fun & Friendly environment suited for all ages! :)
