A great Chinese restaurant. I saw another review about rude staff but they were very pleasant to me! It was so cheap, £6.80, for their special house meal - a typical british-chinese takeaway dish with rice. Took almost no time to cook and tasted great too.

A good Chinese takeaway. I liked it.It's a little way out of where I was staying, but it's reputation made that easily worthwhile.The food was good.The staff were pleasant and friendly.It's difficult to assess on atmosphere because I only stayed whilst they made the food.

Average. The special fried rice was okay. Asked for a bit of chilli oil on the side. Wish I didn't bother as it had no flavour or heat. Bbq ribs, hard as nails. Had to pop it in the pressure cooker in order to eat them. Sauce they threw on top was just fat!...

Edit 26th Nov 2021They’re OPEN again! I went in there today, they said they opened again about 2wks ago.I got my favourite SP810 months ago…I like this place been coming here for years...but this is not a review. This is just an update: I went there today at 1.15pm when they should be open, but they’re temporarily closed because of the current London lockdown - they have a sign in the window indicating this. Not sure why they’re closed as they are a takeaway food service and all other takeaways in the area are open and as far as I’m aware, as they sell food are an “essential business”. Oh well!

Very poor food. Rice full of soy sauce but no flavour. I don’t understand the good reviews. Its . Abrupt lady on the phone. Not my sort of place at all.

Food is horrible.Asked if the chips were fully vegetarian and was laughed at, clearly just want to know if they are cooked in any fish fat or other fat.Chicken balls are full of grease and just disgusting, was very tempted just to give the full bag of horrible food back.

I think they don’t use chicken for chicken in cashew nuts with yellow bean sauce dishes, it is chewy and raw meat, i’m sure it is not chicken. I saw the ingredients as well, chicken was weird.

DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE!They messed up my order, sent chicken instead of prawn. Refused to send out the correct dish - although I’m 5 minutes away and was willing to pay the difference and delivery. The woman on the phone was completed rude and obnoxious. She was taking other orders during our conversation and although we’ve been using them for years, was happy to lose loyal customers over a mistake on her part. Very argumentative and belligerent! Terrible business practice.

There is no better way to do a review than having years and years of experiences. Golden dish has been consistently good over the past years that I’ve bought Chinese food from this place, I only ever eat seafood or poultry such as roast duck with pancakes. The service is quick and the staff are deceivingly nice.Put it this way you have to make them smile. Today ordered the sweet and sour chicken and SB8 with no red meat. It was as always perfect and consistent. They deliver so you don’t have to drive, The nearest tube station I think is Willesden Green. But the most important thing is wether it’s delivered or collected the food is great.
