I just want to say thank you to Boots Reading Oracle for great customer service today. I went in for my flu jab, which was given at exactly the pre-booked time. I also asked if they had any free slots today for my daughter and the member of staff took the time to go and check the list and then explain how we could book for another day. Thank you Boots. This level of service is rare these days and it’s lovely to see it in action.

Really good customer service, I came into the store after a specific Dior lip product. I approached Emily who was more than happy to help me with finding it. Such friendly customer service, and very communicative!

Went shopping for my son’s birthday gift. Donna in the perfume section asked if I needed assistance as I did not want to downs too much on aftershave for 14 YO. She spent lots of time going through several aftershaves allowing me to smell each one. I’d forgotten which were which so she very kindly went through all of those again. An extremely pleasant, helpful and kind salesperson! Excellent customer service. I shall be returning for Xmas gifts and asking for Donna to assist me! Thank you.

Such a terrible experience at the beauty counter yesterday around 3.30pm. Staffs were chatting, laughing around themselves but not willing to help anyone. Finally one girl unwillingly came to help me at Fenti counter. But after a few seconds I regretted why on earth I came down here.Unprofessional behaviour and no respect towards the customer. I left the store without buying anything and I don't think I will go back again.

1houar queque.No answer on the phone after 111 asked me to call them.I was there for all my family becouse dealing with a bad gastrointestinal virus .I felt really sick while waiting due the illness.Only 2/3 people working on a sunday morning.After 1 houar queque otger 35 minutes waiting to speak with the pharmacist.Lunch break from 13 to 14:15Terrible experience

This is a good Boots store, they keep their shelves stocked unlike other stores I've visited.

Boots was great,it's a huge store and had every I needed in stock, plenty to look through if your just browsing. It's clean,tidy and well laid out! Self service and in person checkouts available staff were helpful,visible and friendly. Overall very simple and easy shopping experience.

Went here yesterday to buy perfume for my mum and Abigail was so helpful and lovely. She took her time to explain and helped us to pick the best perfume for my mum. Her customer service was next level. So happy with everything. And also got some free samples with our purchase. Grateful. Thankyou abi. You’re brilliant and you made our day. :D

I had a chickenpox vaccination appointment for my 5 y/o son (2 doses) both with the same pharmacist. In their advert they state that they are professionally trained - that's possible for adults but certainly not for working with children. During the first appointment, the whole process took so long so with time my son started to be more and more anxious looking at the needle in front of him while I was filling the form.Our second appointment was at 9:30 am so we came slightly beforehand. Unfortunately the pharmacist did not. He arrived at work at 9:35 (!), didn't apologize and we then had to wait for him to get prepared. I intentionally booked the first slot in the morning to not stress my son unnecessarily and we still had to wait 15 minutes while my son was sobbing next to me. I can understand that sometimes you have to wait when the pharmacy is busy but it wasn't this case.This time, I asked to fill out the form outside the consultancy room. After getting in the consultancy room and seeing the needle in the hand of the pharmacist my son started to be hysterical. A therefore asked the pharmacist if he could hide the needle until I seat my son so he can't see it (this is what we do at the GP and it works) but he replied I don't think he's crying because of the needle"... Like he knows my son better than me... Fortunately

Been there before a lot of times, never had a issue.My last visit was quite sad for me because after I asked a help from a perfume counter and she helped me for cheap perfume and noticed other lady looking for some expensive ones she left me without answers and run to help her. Well after i was standing in the queue to pay she brought other lady in front of me and took her first. I was like what??? Its ok it’s ok she said it will be fast. I do not like a confrontation and I just stood the feeling bad for not buying expensive perfume and not being important enough at least to be served on my time. After she just left and sent other lady to serve me. She was running after other lady to give her a card with her name for feedback….
