My husband went into this branch today about being scammed when one of the assistant who's name was Abbi came to his assistance she was so helpful in dealing with his problem and she really cheered him up and he left the nationwide alot happier than when he walked it .Thankyou Abbi

My wife and I have been living in Exmouth since January when from our first visit to the branch we have experienced outstanding personal customer service. During the past week I called into the branch for advice about a CHAPS payment. Recently I have been into the Exmouth branch on several occasions, each time my queries have been answered quickly and efficiently, in such a pleasant manner, nothing was too much trouble, the young lady on each occasion was Kelly, such a lovely attentive young lady, top marks for great customer service.Today I phoned and spoke again to a lovely young lady called Megan, once again so pleasant and helpful yet again. Found the information we needed, so friendly as well. Once again great customer service. Thank you ladies, our overall experience of nationwide Exmouth has always been fantastic

Went to pay a cheque in. Queue for machine but no queue for advisor. Tried to pay in via advisor but was told to queue for machine as cheque was under £2000. Waited in queue while observing advisor doing nothing apart from chatting to another staff member who was filing her nails. I felt really valued, thanks for that.

This has been my bank for years.Central to the town centre. Lovely decor and ambience. The staff are fantastic and so friendly and pleasant as well as efficient. All covid disciplines have been followed in a professional manner.
