We decided to look around Ilchester cars as we had bought a C3 there some years earlier and it has been an excellent vehicle. I was pleased to discover this time they also had a car that was suitable for our needs. The owner, Andy, was very helpful, being honest in his answers about the car we wanted. He helped with the paperwork and also agreed to have fixed an item I was concerned about. I would recommend Andy and his business for the same reason others have done so in that I found him to be honest and trustworthy.

We have purchased an Astra Estate today from Andy, following viewing last week. There was no pressure to buy, the car was MOT’d as promised with faults rectified with no cost to ourselves. The car was very good value for money and prepared to an excellent standard. We traveled from Bristol and despite the journey would definitely buy from Ilchester Cars again.

Had a great experience with the dealers at Chester cars bought my bmw 3 series. Car run like a gem been about 2 months of driving car doesn’t skip a beat. Honest lads . Even offered to pick me up from the station as it was bit far from the dealership.

I dealt with Andy the salesman when i recently bought a car from Ilchester Cars, he was very friendly and easy to deal with.I hate buying cars but they went out of their way to help and actually made the whole experience enjoyable. I was given a good trade in price, had a lengthy test drive and my car was ready when they said it would be.I have had the car for 3 months now with absolutely no issues whatsoever, well done Ilchester Cars, if only every retailer had the same customer friendly attitude as you do!
