Edit: 18/10/23I got a replaced parts and also got the fractional refund so chaging the review now to 5 stars.………………..Terrible, very poor service. Dont even deserve 1 star. I was given wrong parts (temp sensor instead of exhaust sensor) and now taking weeks to give me the correct part. Not giving refund so I cant buy from scrap yard or bosch or euro car parts. Unacceptable service really. I highly doubt the parts team even have any knowledge on parts, Avoid!!!

Happy with the car so far but early days as only had it for a day. Bit disappointed with being told that the boot shelf would be replaced by a new one . To find out it had tape over the damaged area. Also told front tyres would be replaced but then back tracked as they are still just about legal.

The whole process was seamless. Rob Perry was very helpful, highly professional and knowledgeable. He was very patient to answer all our questions. He really helped us in getting good deals. Bought Aygo X in white Graham was my sales person he kept he informed while waiting for delivery. On deliver my car was taken into showroom and put under large cover it really made my collection special. Overall great experience would recommend RRG and go and see Graham top man.
