The salesman Leighton at the door was brilliant, polite and thorough and explained all products very clearly to be honest I was sold because he was very polite and not pushy at all, however he did confirm there is no contract in place and if I decided after the first delivery this isn’t for me then to just make the payment for what we purchased and that’s it.A lovely lady called and she wanted me to set up DD, told her the milk isn’t to our liking and not for us, therefore will make the payment of £6.41, she informed meI will need to cancel and put methrough to another department. The person who took the call rude, blunt and dismissive & because of himI wouldn’t ever try McQueens again. He was annoyed I am wanting tocancel and when I explained there was no contract he dismissed me and said “why do u wana cancel?” in a demeaning tone. Not impressed at all. Cancellation team need training on customer service for sure!!!!

Been with mqueens for around 7/8 years now. And I cannot fault them.They always deliver on time, easy to change/cancel if I don’t need one week.Very pleasant to talk to over the phone.When I was considering moving suppliers,they matched the price the other company was offering.Would never have another company deliver my milk now

I have just been sent a text requesting payment for the milk that wasalready cancelled, delivered anyway and binned as it was off. I indicatedthis in my previous email and advised I would not be paying as I neverwanted delivery in the first place.The day your milkman pushed for me to sign up I had Covid and didn't reallywant to speak but he was insistent.I do not appreciate your aggressive tactics and apart from confirmationthat payment is not due, I do not wish to hear from your awful companyagain.Avoid this company like the plague they wouldn't know customer service if it hit them in the face. Despite receiving an email confirming the account has been cancelled, they have pursued me for a payment of £2.39 and threatened to involve a debt collection. I never wanted delivery in the first place but the bullying tactics of the milkman on my doorstep meant he wouldn't go away until I signed up. Dreadful dreadful company will never ever use!!!

Just cancelled my whole order. Not reliable so don't use this service. I have been with this company for a while now, but the first and second order went to the wrong house, I just called and rectified it. Things were OK for a month or so book a holiday so no milk came for a week and 2nd week since we have been back and nothing has been delivered. Woke up to no milk in the house at all and not a delivery, so off to the shops i go. your lucky it isn't a school day! Cause I wouldn't have time. Very unreliable.

Couldn't even deliver milk on to the doorstep only middle of garden path at at 11.30pm! Complain, give me a weeks free milk after apologising for the trouble, then start chasing me and being rude cause I owe thrm £2.69 and block my account! AVOID

Set a holiday on their web portal thing and but apparently the holiday never went through. Came back after 2 weeks nearly to find a lot of milk at our doorstep. We were absolutely furious. We live on a busy street in a row of terraced houses so it was clear we weren’t home.We cancelled our direct debit and I sent an email requesting the account is closed and my personal information deleted . Instead of actually honouring that and acknowledging the serious security risk they created for us they just came back stating we had an outstanding balance and continued to drop milk off. It’s been quite a few days now. They are still texting us about an outstanding balance and giving us calls despite me requesting personal data be deleted. A report to the ICO is looking very tempting.

An absolute lie about the sales man being pushy, I hate negative reviews when their just made up, I had a fantastic gentleman knock on my door, he introduced himself, polite and pleasant, no pushy sales tactics… I was so happy with his face to face conversation that i happily signed up myself, I chose from the menu which items i would like and that was that, as far as the products go ive not received as yet as it’s only Monday today so looking forward to getting them tomorrow… well done McQueen’s!! for providing a excellent service

We have been with McQueens for a few weeks now and find them very reliable. The eggs are really good quality always really fresh. It's a shame the orange juice is from concentrate though as I would buy that too.

A few weeks ago, someone from McQueens Diaries had been going around canvassing the area. Initially we (my husband & I) declined the offer we were given. But after a little bit of pushing the man offered us just a one week trial to try out 1 jug of their milk, and we took the offer; BUT we refused to pass any personal details/bank info to the McQueens man at the door. The man reassured us that we didn't need to do that and that we could simply just contact McQueens directly for cancellation, and they'd sort it out. We assumed it was going to be as easy as that and felt fine with the offer after we closed the door.Well, it wasn't as easy as that.McQueens just so happened to NOT CANCEL our trial, even after my husband had sent them an email asking them to after our first (and what should have been the last) milk delivery! So that 1 week trial has, unsurprisingly, turned into 3 weeks' worth of milk. And considering they leave it right at the doorstep in the morning, we have absolutely no choice but to bring it in and eventually use it! This was the first red flag for me.Now we're in the hole with McQueens for 3 week's worth of milk, instead of just the 1 jug of 2 litres we initially agreed on when we took the offer.And if that wasn't enough, the process of combing their website to find a customer service phone number was painstakingly frustrating. They apparently REALLY want to push everyone to doing everything with them over email, or through their customer portal on their website; which requires an account to get into (which we never set up). That for me was another red flag regarding this business; they didn't *openly* put a customer support number anywhere obvious on their website. I frankly don't care about a contact email. (Clearly they don't pay much attention to that since they never responded to my husband's email about cancelling our future deliveries?). I wanted a number. And after searching for ages, I finally found one!We got through to a McQueens rep easy enough, but omg did they feel pushy/clingy about us requesting to cancel!!! It felt like they couldn't just accept our no thank you" as an answer! The rep kept asking questions about it like WHY we didn't want to stay with them

Would give 0 stars for this company.Set up a direct debit and paid for the first week delivery. Didn't get anything delivered. On contacting them I was met with a very rude, arrogant person on the phone. Explained I had not got my delivery, his reply was ' not my problem'. Asked how he was going to resolve the issue, he wasn't prepared to do anything. Cancelled my order with him and asked for a full refund. Was told I wasn't getting it.Avoid this company like the plague
