Had a really great experience renting with McHugh & Co. From the initial viewing right up until move in date, the team were always on hand for any issues or queries we had. Shemsi in particular was very good to us, responding almost immediately whenever we needed him - even when he was on holiday!

Very shady. I rang today to ask very straightforward questions about a property and was told in a very condescending way that they only sell properties and don’t know anything about them (?). Did my own research and found that such property had been sold a couple months prior and assume was being put at auction to get some extra money. Again, when questioning this, I was advised by an arrogant guy that he didn’t know and wasn’t his business to know (isn’t this literally his job?). They are either clueless and incompetent, or fraudulent. Either, keep clear.

The worst estate agent in London. If you would like to sell your property, they won`t be able to get the highest offer - if you would like to buy a property they won`t allow you to view it, put an offer.Their system is absolutely terrible.I found a property on the market, I would like to view it but they said it s under offer. If it is under offer , why it is still on the market? You can mark it as an under offer or sold. They just want to take details of people to their data. If you want to have a good deal, be away from them!
