I contracted Osman and his team to completely refurbish and remodel the kitchen and bathroom in my Victorian terrace, repair suspended wooden floor and original stairs, refurbish stairwell walls and bedroom ceiling and walls. They provided excellent quality work and were very responsive to my needs and specifications. Osman and his team have been great to work with, very skilled with great attention to detail. Able and willing to take on all necessary jobs, solve any problems and accommodate slight changes as the refurbishment project developed. Very good communications throughout the project, keeping in touch at every turn and project managing when I have had to be away. Good value and transparent about all charges and costs. Highly recommended.

Excellent quality usually comes with a heavy price tag. However, prospective builders renovated my bathroom, converted my dining room into a kitchen and old kitchen into a new bedroom at a very reasonable cost. Osman was very responsive, hard working and efficient. 5 stars for prospective builders!

I hired Prospective Builders to work on the refurbishment of my kitchen. Osman and his team were super helpful and an absolute pleasure to deal with. They were most excellent with communicating, timing and budgeting and kept me informed throughout the whole project. They were very good with answering my questions and talking through my ideas.His team were very punctual with their timekeeping and very helpful with solving a few unexpected problems which was so good for keeping my stress levels under control. They really did their best to help out.I am very happy with the work they delivered and happy to recommend their work to anyone. Osman has a great eye for detail and high standards which is just what I needed. I am so happy that I found Prospective Builders as they have made the whole project go super smooth and I now have a beautifully finished kitchen that gives me a big smile on my face every day. Osman did an excellent job on our bathroom, and we couldn't be happier with the outcome. He redid floor and ceiling, added panels on the walls, installed electric shower (with tray and glass panels) and fitted toilet, sink, door and lights. The room was in a very dilapidated state before, but now it looks like something to be proud of.We found Osman to be friendly, helpful, competent and reliable (and the people he employs are the same). We will be using his services again in the near future.

Osman and Sergey from Prospective Builders have just remodeled and installed a new bathroom at my property. I was very very pleased with their quote, response time for messages, care and consideration they took with my property and the standard of their work. They delivered the work on budget and in time and stepped in on many occasions with solutions which improved the job immensely. They were willing to go above and beyond what I had asked them to do. Evidently they have high standards and take both care and pride in their work. I would wholeheartedly recommend them for this kind of work.

Osman quoted and arranged one of his team members to refurbish my 1 bed flat due to significant wear and tear following a long tenancy. Works included kitchen refit (including gas hob and electric oven), carpet replacement in bedroom and hallway, painting the whole place and several other smaller jobs (e.g., extractor fan replacement).I debated whether to give 4 stars or 5 as the works took a lot longer to complete to satisfaction than estimated (because of team member not performing). However, the most important outcome for me was good quality workmanship and that’s what I eventually got. To his credit, Osman himself has a high bar for quality and often corrected and redid the team members work when he or I were not happy with the finished product, and at no extra cost.Osman is great to work with, he is super organized, his paperwork is accurate, and he made the whole process a lot easier by always being available for updates and answering my questions at odd hours, and he was always cheerful! I look forward to working with him again in future when the need arises.

Osman and his team did a fantastic job to refurbish our terrace. Work involved included removing and levelling the existing floor, and installing new flooring, installing new shelving and extractor to the kitchen, replacing skirtings, architraves and painting throughout. Osman and his team (Prospective Builders) carried out lintel replacement, crack brick work repairs and steel beam replacements, along with bathroom refurb, carpet, and floor replacements, following significant wear and tear and ageing to bring it back to former standard.He was under significant time pressure to quote, solutionise and then deliver the works following last minute withdrawal of a previous builder, 2 weeks before start date. The project needed to be complete so existing tenants could move back at an agreed date.Osman took the stress away from what was a hectic period and was easy to work with.
