Placed order on JustEat for delivery. They missed items from my orders and owned up to the mistake when I called them and they said there’s nothing they can do about it. I asked to speak to a manager and lady first said he’s outside then said he’s not at the premises. Then some so called senior manager spoke to me and spoke to me like I was some sort of child and was very unprofessional. I basically paid for items that I haven’t received. Definitely wouldn’t recommend this place and will never be ordering from here again. Absolute joke place and employees need to be trained. Clearly the manager I spoke to had no training at all as he was shouting down the phone. Worst customer service I have ever received.

Absolutely shocking service, I ordered a chocolate cake with custard and it looked like someone had thrown up in it, the custard was basically water, when I approached a member of staff about it they was extremely rude. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND!

Not too sure why this place has so many negative reviews as I enjoyed my dessert here! There were five of us who sat in and ordered a dessert each and drink. The biscoff waffle tasted (and looked) amazing! Everyone enjoyed their desserts (various waffles/ cookie dough) and the two who ordered fancy milkshakes enjoyed them too (the rest of us stuck with a hot drink or can of pop!) The place was clean, looked good and there was plenty of space to eat in without booking. The different ice creams also looked amazing in the freezer! Would recommend.*Revisited May 2024. Still just as great I had a biscoff cookie dessert with biscuit ice-cream and it tasted amazing!

Terrible desserts. Used to visit here all the time. Will look elsewhere.Visited here last Friday (10th Nov)The San Sebastián cheesecake was cold almost still frozen and not prepared correctly, the cheesecake is supposed to be smooth, not lumpy.The “Pakistani tea” was awful, just warmed up water and not actual Pakistani tea as I was told.Very disappointed

I was here last night and to be honest, the desserts were below average. The taste and flavours were non-existant. I was very disappointed considering the decor and place looked very premium.Looks can be very deceiving !! Personally nothing against this place. But I would not recommend it to anyone.Rating : 2/5

Ordered a Matilda cake today. Made to perfection, my full order arrived within 6 mins, whilst staff said it would take 10 mins, the customer service was outstanding, the manager Niz was so sweet, all staff made each and everyone feel welcomed and comfortable, will be back again and again. Don’t understand why this place has any bad reviews.

We went there last night and my dad ordered falooda and it was full of ice and there was barely anything in it other than ice cream. Dad went back the person at the till was very rude and laughed and said that’s how we make them, offered us a milkshake instead but not a refund me. As we were leaving they ignored us fully I would not recommend this place.

Worst experience ever. The staff have no idea what customer service is. We ordered 4 deserts: matilda cake was taken out of the fridge and not warmed up properly, when taken back to the counter the girl picked it up with her bare hands and put it in the microwave.The other girl was on a personal call not paying attention to my complaint. We ordered 2 jam coconut sponge cakes but out came a sponge coconut and apple crumble without any apples in it. Never again!!!!!

I only went in for an ice-cream. I was shocked by the scoop size of the ice-cream. Asked the server about it and he was incredibly rude, waving the ice-cream scoop in my face saying this is the size of the scoop. Definitely not the experience I went in for. Not value for money either and very rude and unreasonable staff member. The other staff member was apologetic and said he would pass the feedback on. Got told that's how much they are told to give, but its not worth £4.50. Go elsewhere, plenty of nicer places to get ice-cream or desserts in Bradford, with much better customer service, I wouldn't give your business to these guys.

Much happier with my experience at the Great Horton road branch than the Leeds road branch. My call was actually answered and the dessert I wanted was made as I got to the branch. The staff were friendly, the ordering process was efficient and it was a very clean and professional place. Glad I finally got the dessert I wanted.
