Poor process here for managing prescription requests. If they don’t have all your items in stock they don’t make up any off your prescriptions or tell you there is a difficulty. Cause a lot of problems for the customer when medication is not provided and poor communication. At least let people know if there is a problem and they can seek to rectify with the doctor before running out of medication!
