I was recommended to use Simon Browning by a local electrician and It was a great call. He was very professional and willing to tackle all projects involved with my house renovation.

Simon did a lovely job on re-fitting my bathroom. He was very helpful and accommodating through all aspects of the project as it is the only bathroom/toilet in the house. I am really happy with the overall finish of the bathroom and would definitely recommend him to anyone. He also did some maintenance jobs for my elderly parents who were also very pleased with his work.

This is the second time we have used Simon for home improvements the first time was last year for fitted bespoke wardrobes in both bedrooms and fitting of coving and last week he came with Adrian and did a whole bathroom refit and upgrade to downstairs sink .We are over the moon with our new bathroom, the standard of workmanship is excellent from Simon and Adrian they work extremely hard and nothing is ever to much trouble.Very tidy working in the smallSpace that we have. Cannot recommend highly enough. Have been using the services of Simon at Browning Property Maintenance extensively whilst at my current property and previous property.
