I don’t appreciate being made to wait in the rain after paying while I watch you go on to serve new customers inside! I’ve paid, serve me my ice cream!I’ve cream is good but overpriced for portion size.Craft Centre is mostly tat made in 3rd world sweatshops interspaced with mediocre local art.

Lovely cup of coffee, would of loved to have looked around the shop.Unfortunately whilst I was queuing up to pay my bill the lady serving shouted at the top of her voice at another member of staff shes leaving without paying.He then shouted at my wife you haven't paid. How rude and embarrassing unacceptable and unnecessary.Lessons in customer services needed as does discretion.

A great little Arts and Crafts centre in a former Chapel, spread over three floors. Complete with a wonderful cafe. Any time we're passing Dedham, we make a point of calling in.

Had a lovely simple meal in the cafe at the Art & Craft Centre. Good food at good prices. Nice and friendly staff too . Wide selection of craft goods in the shop as well.

Creatively repurposed former Dedham Congregational Church, now art gallery, crafts shop, & cafe (with outside tables in the summertime). It's worth a visit just to admire the ornate ecclesiastical architecture in which the traders are spaced. Dedham Art & Craft Centre has 3 floors full of all sorts of hand-crafted curiosities to buy, some of them truly unique examples of local artists & crafter's...

It's not really a proper arts centre any more because the Cotswold Company has the ground floor, while it's good stuff it's a bit fake. Upstairs is better and more like it. The cafe is okay...a bit standard, but you'll be okay.

A beautiful place to shop from stunning pieces of artwork. The café food was delicious too. The staff are friendly and very helpful. I highly recommend a visit.

Dedham Art & Craft Centre
Lovely building in a beautiful village but disappointingly mainly filled with mass produced stuff. What was handmade locally was ok but not the highest quality British crafts. It did have a good range of cards though.
