I had a new conservatory roof completed in February 2022 and I'm still waiting for the building regs certificate I paid for. I've spoken to Nicola 5 times, emailed 6 times and texted 7 times. I was promised a call back on 7th Feb 23 and I'm still waiting. James Thomas the inspector has never called me despite being asked to by Nicola. Appalling service. I have to click one star to post the review but it isn't deserved.
