Great service and priceless advice. My house was purchased with a wood burning stove that I was about to replace at a cost of £4k having believed it to be unusable for last 3 years. In fact, what it needed was some work with a hammer to free up the back plates and sweep the chimney, at a cost of £65, confirming the stove and flue were actually in good condition apart from the fire bricks. Great advice on replacing fire bricks and correct usage. Spent £140 on new fire bricks delivered within 2 days. Easy to install. Stove is now in perfect working order, and in use. Saved me around £4000.
