Would highly recommend Bramptons Estate Agents. We used them to manage the rental of our property for 4 years when we moved abroad and then decided to sell the property. Diane and Adam judged the market perfectly and there was a lot of interest in the house. We accepted an offer 10 days after it was on the market and the sale was completed in 8 weeks.First class service especially as we were 3,000 miles away.Thank you so much.

My experience is 1 for the books. Firstly they are always too busy to show you a property......try them before you advertise. The property is a detached probate property where the vendor and her sister are in agreements and so 4 months after my offer was accepted. They still had not applied for the grant of probate costing me money. Estate agents never made clear ot was a probate property from the start. And I doubt they even had signatures from both sisters. What's even worse is after all of that and I lost money. They re-marketed it with no care to clients losing money. The attitude when I spoke to them was so what we can sell it at that price all day. So be careful. I'm gonna see what I can do legally and I'm taking my story to the local paper as agencies like this need to be exposed when they get it badly wrong.

Absolutely amazing experience with Louise and her colleagues. This was the first time in 18 years I have moved home and she professionally navigated me through the whole experience. Recently went into Bramptons to ask about the process when letting out my home. They gave me all the information I needed, broke down what kind of fees and charges I would start with and ran through the whole process with me.They quickly came out to my home to take photos and put them online very quickly. Within two weeks I have a tenant and within a month they will have moved in, couldn’t recommend Bramptons more.They gave me a lot of information and answered all the questions I had, very happy with their service.

Myself and my partner cannot give this company enough credit.
