Simon helped our daughter get home after she lost her car keys on the beach. Because he didn’t have the exact key in stock he made a key to get her home and ordered the correct one. He then travelled to The Midlands to set up her new key. Excellent service. Would recommend highly.

Locked myself out of my Van while surfing in West Wales. RAC member so Simon attended via contact with them. Very quick and professional when he got to me, even though he’d driven a few hours down from Aberystwyth! Had the van open in minutes and I was able to go on my way. Top.

I locked my keys in my boot (2011 Merc E class)while on hols. Simon was at my location with 30 minutes and had the boot open within 15 mins. Polite and professional throughout and really got me out of a nasty bind.

Simon travelled for four and a half hours to come to our rescue on Bank holiday Sunday after we locked our car keys in the boot. Even though the RAC had misinformed him about the car model he was able to open the car very quickly. We were so very grateful for his professionalism and his friendly approach even after travelling such a great distance. He also kept us up to date with his ETA to reassure us that he was on the way. Great service.

I lost my car key on Tan Y Bwlch. They were with me in 10 minutes, got me into my car and cut me new keys on the spot. Friendly and fast service. I can't recommend them enough.

About to take my dog for a walk, popped to lock the front door and with the car keys in the ignition the car doors locked. Via RAC, Simon was called as he would be quicker than the RAC wait time as my dog was in the car. Simon dropped everything and arrived to my rescue in less than half the estimated time. A difficult car to access, Simon still managed it in very little time, no damage to my car and a safely rescued dog. Thank you so much Simon. I really appreciate how quickly you got to us. I cannot recommend Simon highly enough for his speed, help, politeness and professionalism.
