I recently purchased a watch from H Samuel store Belfast there I meet Georgia and I must say, she was fantastic! Myself & soon to be Husband were in H. Samuel last Sunday to find wedding rings for our wedding in just 4 weeks.Having been to several other jewellery shops round Belfast that day & being told in ALL of them it would be 6 weeks for rings to come in in correct sizes we were pleasantly surprised to find both rings in store & took his ring home & mine will be in at the end of the week!Service was fantastic, we were looked after by Gareth & he was so honest & very helpful with everything.Definitely worth a visit - wonderful range of affordable wedding bands.

Went in store today to get wedding rings with my fiancé, we were looked after by Sharon who was as hilarious as she was helpful, smile on her face the whole time and we left so happy with our choices! Easy stress free process and couldn’t recommend Sharon and the store highly enough!

If I could give an even higher rating I would. Took my daughter into the store today to get her ears pierced after being let down last minute by another shop. We were immediately approached by Gareth who was just brilliant made my daughter laugh and feel very comfortable, couldn’t have had a better experience and she’s over the moon with her ears. Honestly couldn’t sing Gareth’s praises any louder. Thank you so much from myself and Amber x

If I could give more than 5 stars I would, the customer experience I received on my visit to this store was more than exceptional! Sharon and her team were more than amazing helping me find an amazing engagement ring! I can’t honestly thank them enough! What a bunch of amazing girls and a beautiful shop atmosphere! Will be back soon to pick our next wedding rings x
