Best pharmacy this side of Cambridge, it's much busier now and patients need to be prepared to wait a little longer but at least they're persevering with business, and managing peoples expectations. Not like the other pharmacies in the area which have either cut their hours or locking the door before the scheduled closing time! Keep up with the great job you're all doing over there at Milton road Pharmacy!

Excellent pharmacy. Both Boots and Superdrug spent months telling me they couldn't get one of my regular medications. It turned out the manufacturer had simply changed their UK supplier and neither of the big chains could handle it, because their pharmacists have to go by what their head offices tell them. Milton Road had no problems, being independent and on the ball. I get an email when my prescription arrives and a second when it's ready to pick up, sometimes only an hour apart. If there's a problem they let me know, dispense the rest, then email me when the missing item arrives. I can thoroughly recommend them.

I have never had a problem with getting my medication . The staff are always friendly . And they deliver my medication when I need them too without hesitation . The driver is always polite when he delivers my medication . The staff are very professional and nothing is too much problem for them .

The best pharmacy I have ever had.Walked in with my prescription and expected to have to wait until Monday as it was a Friday when I went in, the nice chap said give me 2 minutes, sure enough it was done there and then in 2 minutes, well pleased and happy.I recommend this pharmacy to everyone.
