The whole team did an amazing job turning round a 3 day move in the space of a week (which also happpened to be Christmas week!). Communication was spot on and the team worked tirelessly from start to finish. The guys have a great sense of humour and help make what could be a really stressful experience quite enjoyable. Martin and his team did an amazing job of moving commercial racking for us, which included dismantling. Comms was really good and they did exactly what they said they would do.

The guys were very kind, thoughtful and considerate. Moving is always stressful but they did their best to guide us and ask for our opinions especially as to where we wanted things put. They set the house up sensitively asking all of the time if it wasn’t clear.The packing service was a dream the worked like the wind.They were very careful with our belongings and we have found no breakages as yet.Great value service thank you

At very short notice, the team managed to move and deliver a piano to my home. Everything went smoothly and efficiently and the team were a pleasure to work with. Would definitely recommend!

Right from the very moment we first spoke to Rachel, we knew we wanted this company to do our removal. Nothing too much trouble. Whatever we wanted to move, they would cope with and they did! The team was very friendly to work with, very well organised and efficient. Turned up on time both when they collected our furniture and then delivered it next day as arranged.We would highly recommend using this company from every aspect. A huge thank you to the team.

From Day 1 of contacting Three Counties, I was met with a great friendly and positive attitude to my move. Rachael initially was very welcoming when speaking to her, and then she managed to bet Martin to me for a survey at great speed. The quote and information on the quote was very good and informative. Then a few days before the move, I heard again from Rachael to give me details of the move day. The plan was for the guys to come and pack up for me on day 1 and then move me on Day 2. However, with me having already received the keys to my new house, they packed everything and then moved over half of my stuff on day 1 and then finished off on Day 2. This worked out great for me as it meant I had more time in the new place on Day 2 to get to unpacking and sorting my new place out.All in all, a great move experience!

Very good service. They were early, efficient, friendly and we did not have one breakage. They went above and beyond with moving everything, would definitely recommend.

On the day the two guys were friendly and professional. Arrived spot on time at 8 am. On arrival to the new home moved boxes in an organized, efficient and timely manner.I have knocked 3 stars because service delivered was compromised by lack of information provided. when I had my home reviewing, assessment consultation. At no point was I told that packaging would be provided. Nor was I informed goods would be packed making it less stressful to find boxes, bubble wrap and mattress cover, which i purchased and packed myself. Even though I paid for the service. I was not informed how many storage wardrobe boxes would be provided as a result left only one wardrobe clothes hanged as I thought that was my only entitlement. On the day I was wrapping my radiator covers, which the two removals guys watched me struggle to wrap. Not once did they volunteer to wrap the item.My mirrored bedside draw was damaged. When I went to claim insurance. I LOST MY CLAIM AS I PACKED THE ITEM. Disappointed information was not provided and waisted my money paying for insurance. Would not recommend. Informed three counties move and the insurance company but my claim was dismissed
