The team at elmswell vets are very understanding and compassionate, I recently had to have my dog put to sleep and I thought I wouldn't be allowed in due to covid, however they made me feel very comfortable with my dog and I was allowed to be there when she went to sleep. Everything was explained before anything started and I was allowed time afterwards to be with my girl.i picked her up yesterday and another great service as I got my other dogs nails cut and vaccinations done. Can't thank them enough

I went here on Monday with my friend and they were so lovely. She was really upset having to take her very old dog to be put to sleep as he was going off his legs. Both the reception lady and the vet were really compassionate and kind and went out of their way to help my friend come to terms with her decision and even offered us a few moments alone to say goodbye. They really helped us in a very sad situation and my friend has already said she will be going back to them with her next puppy. Highly recommended.

Been using these guys since moving to the area 2 years ago after being recommended. Absolutely amazing staff who are thorough, knowledgeable, caring and also very friendly. I can’t praise the staff enough for the work they do especially the young lady vet who explains any issues in a perfect manner. The only vet practice i will use for my fur babies! Very fair pricing and not out to rip you off! If you are looking for a new vet then look no further!

Excellent as always. This practice has three sessions a day which is great for a small village practice. Lots of helpful advice given, not rushed at all.
