I have bought from Roseland Furniture many times before but this was my first experience with their clearance store and it has really put me off them again. We found a wardrobe there that we really liked and arranged for it to be delivered the following week but there were some brackets and a rail missing so i was told they would locate the missing bits and call me before the delivery if they couldnt find the rail so I had time to buy a replacement. Day of the delivery and still no call so I assumed they had found everything but 6 it arrived both the rail and brackets were missing. I have been trying to get this resolved for almost a week and have now bought a replacement rail but their phones are off so only way is to message on Facebook and yet barely a response and when they reply 4 days ago they just say they're looking into it. Why does it take this long to sort out some brackets?!?!?? This has really put me off using Roseland Furniture in the future as the wardrobe is dangerous without the brackets.

Fantastic place to look for furniture all products are damaged but plenty with slight scratches and marks all at good prices .

I can’t fault this place. First time but bought several items, some clearance, some new. Really good quality furniture. Louis was brilliant, helped us with all the options and ranges and even went out if his way to deliver the same evening. We definitely recommend and will be back for more very soon. Glad to see our money spent in Cornwall.

Very helpful staff, reasonably priced furniture.

Only giving one start as I cannot give 0. WASTE OF MONEY. Appalling service. Ordered an item more than two weeks ago. Delivery service said it was delivering it on Monday gave me a time slot never arrived. No more updates. I call they tell me they are not sure what happened but they will investigate. No more updates again. I call again the day after: will be delivered tomorrow. Again no signs of it. I received an email with an outright lie they attempted the delivery, not true I was in my living room all day. Call them again, they apologised they said it was a mistake and at this point they say they will still deliver the item the next day: no signs of it again. I call and asked to be refunded as they clearly lost the item. they won’t refund me unless the item comes back to them: but it’s clear the item has been lost. It has been a week no signs of the item or of my money or of a processing refund. Also I tried to track again the item: the delivery website won’t open anymore. I don’t know when I will see my money again.DO NOT BUY FROM THEM waste of time and money

Staff were really helpful. There are a lot of items here, mainly returns or damaged, sofas, xgairs, wardrobes, units etc They start from £25 upwards. I bought a sofa for £280, was new but got dirty during transit. Cost £50 to have cleaned and its come out as new. Bargain.

I ordered the Abbey light Oak chest of drawers in the first lockdown there was a delay in receiving this due to courier not delivering it. When I raised this it was dealt with promptly and I received the chest. It is very well made

I visited the Roseland Furniture Outlet store recently to purchase matching Zelah bedroom furniture. There is a good selection of discounted furniture available. A colour coded price guide is useful to know the price of each item on display - this inevitably reflects the condition of the item (some are in better condition than others!).I found two matching bedside tables with very minor defects, the pair totalled £190. If I had purchased brand new from the main store it would have cost £360. So I would definitely recommended looking in the outlet first for any lovely bargains!The team are very friendly and useful. The main guy at the tills took my bedside tables to the front of the store so it would be easier for me to move into the boot of my car. As I started to move one, he came along behind me and placed them both in my boot. So kind! Thank you very much.I would highly recommend to other for good quality furniture (if you don't mind minor defects out of sight). It is worth fully checking the furniture before purchasing to avoid any disappointment once bought.Overall, I am really pleased with my Zelah range furniture from the main store and the outlet. 5***

13 Weeks for them to send me the wrong sofaThe initial timeframe for my items was 8 weeks, after waiting 13 I finally got a delivery date.We purchased the matching Alfie sofa and armchair in charcoal and when they arrived they were both entirely different colours. The armchair was the correct colour but the sofa is a horrible crushed velvet blue.Roseland furniture are now ignoring any communication from me regarding collecting these items and have made no attempt whatsoever to pick them up. I'm now left without the use of my garage and no sofas due to their utter incompetence.It's stress I don't need and I would implore anyone considering making a purchase with this company to consider if your mental health can take the hammering that these fraudulent clowns are going to inflict upon it. After 14 weeks I'm £1300 and a garage down, with absolutely no sign of the product I ordered.
