Our son enrolled in the maths tutoring programme as he was having some difficulty in this subject. He has found Kip McGrath’s way of teaching really works for him and his confidence in the subject has grown significantly .My son is currently in year 11 so this is a very important year for him. I feel that the extra support he is receiving from Chris and the team is just what he needs to help with his GCSE’s.As a parent we are kept up to date with their progress frequently and the team are always available if you have any questions or concerns.I cannot recommend Chris , Nina and the team highly enough.

Kip McGarth has been excellent for my two children aged 9 and 14. Both do one session of maths and English per week and they absolutely love it! It’s really improving their English and Maths skills and we have seen improvements in both their knowledge and confidence in the way they approach their work.The tutors are excellent also!

I honestly could not recommend Kip McGrath enough! My son started in October 22 as he was quite behind in his maths at school (below average) . We tried everything we could at home but he wasn’t staying focussed. We received his new maths results last week and he is now well on target if not above! We have seen such an improvement in not only his work but his attitude towards learning! He looks forward to seeing Helen every week and getting stuck in! They have made our son a very confident boy who now loves maths! Thank all!

My two daughters attend weekly, and I can't speak highly enough of Kip McGrath, Darlington. They have both come along leaps and bounds in Maths. My second daughter now only goes along just for the fun aspect of it (she really does enjoy maths, lol). Helen is fantastic with them both, has so much patience, and makes the classes enjoyable for them. If you are looking for a Maths or English tutor, then I would highly recommend!

Chris & the team at Kip McGrath have been very supportive in my son’s GCSE maths tuition tailoring lessons to suit areas he wanted to / needed to improve on. Would definitely recommend their maths tuition services.

Amazing extra tuition for any child like mine that struggles to learn in a class full of 30+ children. Really engaging team, break down the learning into more manageable chunks. Would definitely recommend.

My son, is in year 5 and genuinely loves going. He has learned a lot. His confidence in his own knowledges and abilities have vastly increased. He attends once a week but we alternate at term and half term between English and Maths to ensure he covers both. He also really loved the online educational games. The small class size of a max of 4 is perfect, as he feels comfortable asking questions.

We’ve been taking our daughter to Kip McGrath for a couple of months now and have seen a massive improvement with her maths.Helen has been so helpful and patient with her, ensuring she understands the questions and giving her the confidence to speak up if there is anything she doesn’t understand.Our daughter gets excited every week to go for extra tuition, something I never expected as I thought she would have made a fuss, but I think this is because the lessons are made to be fun and the rewards are great incentives that encourage her to learn.I would highly recommend Chris and the team at Kip McGrath, they always go above and beyond and answer any questions or concerns we have. They regularly keep me updated on my daughters progress and have even given me advice for my son when we thought he was struggling at school.The whole team really do care about each student that comes through their door and I am so pleased I found Kip McGrath and went ahead with the extra tuition.
