Very unorganised site, the displays are old and weathered, most don't have any signage to what they are. Very disappointing.

As a contractor I use this company a lot, however the delivery service is terrible.. The speed on which they serve you in the yard is shocking.. But the prices aren't to bad.

Stonecraft were recommended by my landscaper but having read some of their reviews, I proceeded cautiously. I needn't have worried. My whole experience, from the range of products stocked and displayed, to the helpful people behind the counter. was spot on. They even held the slabs for two months for me as my project took longer than expected, then delivered them on the day arranged; despite the lorry not being able to get down our road - excellent communication. Oh and competitively priced too. Thanks Stonecraft.

Hgv driver who doesn't understand driving basics? Wonder he knows to come sober to work. Zero professionalism. Pay more your drivers so they are not danger for public and get rid of people who found driving licence in walkers crisps

Store is ok but delivery service is terrible. Had to wait nearly a week. They wouldn't give a time until we went up there and asked the driver ( the office wouldn't answer the phone) who then lied and said would be next stop. Spent the rest of the afternoon still waiting.Appalling service.

We were told to go and have a look by our gardener as he recommended stonecraft, but omg what a wasted trip.The display paving was all damaged and dirty and asking for help was a big mistake as the employees had no idea and just seemed really rude and didn't want to actually help us. It just feels really run down and don't think I'll be going back.
