Very impressed with the speed and professionalism that my issues were dealt with. I had an on site visit from James Balderstone, the Principal Consultant, who carried out a thorough health check on my systems and made various recommendations. Disgusted with this company. We made a mistake on the date of cancelling our old IT firm. Lucid refused to release us from the contract we had signed 7 days earlier and charged us £3750. I would never recommend anyone do business with a company that is so cut throat and unreasonable. wanted quick cash rather than an on going relationship. Stay clear.
