Ian was very helpful. As most of the jewellery and coins I had were imperfect, he gave me the value of the weight of the items. I'd had these pieces of jewellery sitting around for a while, doing nothing, so I was pleased to receive enough money for a weekend away was wonderful! And it saved me sending my gold and silver through the post! Great service, thank you!
