Unfortunately I would not recommend this company, sales part - fantastic.....flooring ordered fitting booked. Day of fitting - no fitters! (No calls) Rang to ask where they were and was told van broke down, re-booked for the following Tuesday. At this point the living room/dining room was completely empty of furniture and old flooring taken up ready and waiting, so you can imagine the upheaval. So Tuesday comesand again no one turns up (no phone calls from fitter/shop again). I ring to query what now, and am told your flooring has another 4 week delay from the manufacturer's....?!! Obviously full refund given and have gone to a company that firstly communicates, and secondly can organise. Unbelievable lack of communication and customer service would not recommend.

From purchasing to fitting the whole team at Floors and More were very helpful was kept informed throughout the process. The shop team spent a considerable amount of time with us in helping us pick a floor that would be best suited for our needs, we ended up having all our flooring and carpet from the the team at Floors and More and couldn’t of been more happy with the results. Would highly recommend for anyone looking at getting any flooring done to pop in and speak to the team.

Just had complete refit in kitchen along with new flooring. Lee was fantastic throughout. Prompt, polite, with a very high attention to detail. Highly recommend.

Would highly recommend this company. We had our lounge, dining room and hall fitted with wooden flooring and it looks great and is very hard wearing. Any and all problems we encountered were sorted out by Lee and/or Chris. They pride themselves in their work and it shows. Thank you both. Also the shop sales team including Gary were knowledgeable, informative, swift and a delight to liaison with.

First class job from a thoroughly professional company. Called in to the Lye shop, discussed what we wanted (after being badly let down by a joke outfit from Kidderminster), they came to measure up an hour later, and less that three weeks later the job is complete. Lee and Chris kept their appointments to the minute and our Amtico Form floor looks fantastic. Highly recommended.

Fantastic service from everyone at Floors and More. Nothing too much trouble, fitter took pride in his work doing a great job and the service and aftercare from Gary and Lee has been brilliant. Would definitely recommend.

The guy in shop was super helpful and knowledgeable about all products in store and really friendly. Prices of the flooring etc were just a lot more expensive than other places we visited :-(

Had my hall, stairs, landing and kitchen flooring fitted by Craig who is a valued member of the Floors and More team. The attention to detail is outstanding very satisfied with the finish. Also had the extension built and new kitchen fitted by Lee, Chris and the team who done a fantastic job. My fire and media wall finish the new living space off superbly. Totally recommend the guys if you're planning any work to be done.

Superb company to deal with from start to finish. The sales team were extremely knowledgeable on the range of products on offer and the fitting team arrived on time and completed the job to a very high standard.I highly recommend this company for any flooring needs you may have.
