I contacted Dyslexia West Midlands to arrange an assessment for my 11 year old. They were extremely helpful and very accommodating to our tight time-frame. Suzanne was amazing. She put my daughter at ease though out the assessment and she was very clear and detailed in answering my queries, and in suggesting ways of working and tools to help my daughter’s learning.

I arrived early but was greeted in a polite manner and was offered a seat in the garden area, it was sunny so i chose to be seated outside, all interactions with staff were very friendly and welcoming, the setting is very professional and quite scenic, i would highly recommend these guys

My son has attended weekly lessons here for over 3 years. Suzanne is a very experienced leader who understands that dyslexic frustrations can be linked to behaviour and confidence challanges. She has been fantastic as focusing on this with additional support away from his weekly teacher. There is a lot of care and nurture here - I would highly recommend.

My 8 year old son was diagnosed at Dyslexia West Midlands this year. We had such a positive experience that I decided that I would finally get a diagnosis for myself, so that I was able to support my son. The process that I went through for my own diagnosis was also excellent. During this process, I found out about the services that Dyslexia West Midlands offers for schools. We then booked Dyslexia West Midlands to assess some of our children at the school that I work at, and again this was another positive experience. I can’t recommend Dyslexia West Midlands enough. Thank you!

My son has started with private lessons to help with his education. We had a learning assessment that for James was a comfortable environment. The initial assessment was efficient and received the report to communicate with his school so that all areas of James’s learning was communicated and stages met that would help him. We have only had one private learning session so far and James seems happy and confident to carry on. I cannot thank the team enough for the support I’m getting as a parent to help my son.

Dr Dawn Francis was very helpful and kind, explaining all the tests that were being done. Was offered a cup of tea and some biscuits, what more could you want. Overall very good experience!

Dyslexia West Midlands has been supporting my son for two years. I am so grateful for the high quality and support he receives. It over exceeds what I expected. My son is progressing all the time and I see him using tools he has learned with his DWM tutor at home and in every day life.I am so please we have this service in Coventry because I don't know what I or Indie would have done with out the Team.
