Our boiler broke down in the middle of winter, with no heating or hot water. The first engineer we called could only refer us to the boiler manufacturer. Then, luckily, we contacted Jordan, who quickly responded and persevered until he managed locate the problem. He promptly sourced the necessary replacement parts and now our boiler is running again. Saved us a fortune for not having to contact the boiler manufacturer. He is professional, very knowledgeable and works to the highest standards, would definitely recommend him. Thank you Jordan!

I would highly recommend Sandiford Heating Services. Jordan has has carried out multiple jobs for me, including a recent same day call out to fix the boiler during one of the coldest days of year.Jordan is incredibly considerate, taking his shoes off without the need to ask when going onto the carpets. He is also very informative, giving you all the information regarding work required and helping you make the best possible decision when working on a budget. Jordan has fixed my heating system which previously had not been working, including a power flush and re-pipe of part of the system.

Jordan did a great job moving and installing a new gas boiler. He was helpful, happy to talk through everything before hand and did what he said he would, to a high quality.He told us what needed replacing and what parts of our heating system were worth keeping. Overall a great experience.

Jordan was both responsive and professional and when he came out to sort our issues with hot water and the boiler, he was really thorough, solved the problems and referred on where he thought it would make more economic sense. Would highly recommend Jordan, who installed a new boiler for us with a Hive heating system and removed our old water heater.Jordan was great with the initial quote and talked us through various options without us feeling under pressure to pick a certain thing. His quote was the best value of the three we picked, and the job itself was very efficiently done with good communication throughout. His colleague Liam was also great and the made a good team.We would definitely recommend Jordan to others in the area.

I have been trying to get someone to service my boiler for around 18 months. Jordan was recommended by a work colleague, he responded to my email promptly, organised to complete the work. He was clean and tidy, on time and extremely helpful with advice and support. I would highly recommend Jordan, I am delighted with the service he provided. I will certainly use him in future for any servicing or upgrade of my heating.
