Working with Penny, I have learned that the physical issues that were making my everyday life difficult could be easily and quickly solved. We worked on things that had happened in past lives and also the tremor of my birth in this life. I found that the issues I had with chronic neck pain stemmed from the life-saving treatment I had as a tiny baby. Penny guided me safely through these unknown memories to clear the pain that had resurfaced in my life. Penny also got to the root cause of the psoriasis I had suffered with since I was a teenager and had been getting worse. I am now able to feel comfortable enough to leave the house without make-up on, this is huge, I always felt that people were looking at me before and some even asked if I had been in a fire, it does nothing for your confidence! Now I can go out make-up free and hold my head up high. My neck pain has almost totally vanished and I am happier and more confident. Life is easier when you are not in chronic pain. I have had a couple of opportunities to experience Theta-Healing with Penny. She is straightforward, to the point and intuitively homes in on the things that keep you stuck, even if you yourself are not clear. She does this gently, with kindness, a deep understanding of what it means to be human and a holistic approach. Love this lady.. Been working with Penny for a year in 5 weeks sessions, beaks inbetween as I put in to practice what I’ve gained.. Didn’t know what I was searching for when I contacted her but WOW.. there has been such a shift. I am more focused on me.. deal with negativity on another level.. my confidence has grown.. Being a coach myself, I have done a lot of work on myself, but sometimes it's difficult to see what needs to be released when you work on yourself . Recently, a challenging event in my life made me realise that I was still holding onto limiting beliefs that were manifesting in my life. I contacted Penny, and she worked on me using Theta Healing. She quickly picked up a couple of unsupportive and beliefs that explained what I was experiencing in my physical reality. She released them and installed beliefs that supported me in my life. I can't thank Penny enough. She personifies tough love, but that was what I needed. Thank you Penny, you helped move me through a very difficult episode in my life.
