Rockin' Robins

My stepson attended a Rockin' Robins Summer School, which he really enjoyed. The staff were very attentive to him, both in terms of teaching and pastoral care. The final concert encouraged him to be confident performing in front of an audience, and he has continued with drum lessons ever since. All in all, a great experience for him!

As a producer it's really important that my studio kit is sounding as good as possible. After working with Ben in the studio I was always amazed at his knowledge and how good he could make a kit sound through his tuning and playing. When my snare recently needed a service Rockin Robins was the first place I thought to take it. Ben did a great job at a great price. He explained everything he would do and offered brilliant impartial advice. The snare is now sounding better than ever - if your drums need TLC don't look anywhere else. We had Ben some along for a surprise drum lesson for our two boys (aged 7 & 9). The set up was very quick and he had both of them hooked and beating out a tune very quickly. They were both raving about it after he left and we will definitely be booking more drum lessons with Rockin Robins after this introduction.

Ben is an amazing teacher who gives so much enthusiasm and attention to detail. My son is really enjoying learning to play the drums, he always leaves the lessons excited to discuss music and his latest drum pattern.

Ben did a fantastic job replacing my snare and tom skins, and tuning the kit. I’d forgotten how good the kit sounded!He also fixed my bass drum pedal which was getting a bit ’tired and sloppy’. He responded quickly when I contacted him, and quite simply did a great job at a very reasonable price. In short, I’d have no hesitation in recommending Ben for all your drum tech needs. Ben's drum lessons have been a god send for our 9 year old son! In only a few weeks he is now able to play well enough to keep his interest, massively increasing his confidence.
