My family have used Paul for my father’s funeral 10 years ago and a few months ago for my mother. On both occasions Paul and his staff were absolutely wonderful. At such a sad and stressful time Paul has a very calm and gentle way of making the situation easier to deal with. Helen was amazing with creating the beautiful order of service which the whole family will treasure. Nothing was too much trouble. They arranged live streaming and recording of the service which meant that many friends and family from around the world could join us either on the day or later. Thank you Paul, Helen and Heidi we would definitely recommend your services to others. It has been a great comfort for the whole family that our parents’ funerals were the best experience possible at such sad times.

The level of service and funeral arranged by Paul, Heidi and Helen was excellent . It is just what you need at this difficult time. Also, the flowers they supplied were beautiful so a shout out to whichever Florist they use.Finally, a thank you to all the staff from the funeral home who were there on the day to help with such care and dignity.Would highly recommend.

Nothing prepares you for the loss of a loved one and the absolute stress and upset that comes with it. We have used Paul in the past so had no hesitation in choosing him for dad's funeral as we have been happy with the service offered in the past, and this time was no exception.We cannot find the words to describe the absolute professionalism, compassion, attention to detail, friendliness and care that Paul and his team offer. I'd like to place on record my family's great appreciation for my wife's funeral arrangements that were overseen by Paul, Helen and Heidi.Helen took control of some bureaucratic difficulties with the coroner and saved me the hassle of dealing with them at a difficult time. At the same time she kept me fully informed about what was happening.Every detail of the funeral was discussed, agreed and implemented flawlessly, including rental of video equipment and arranging a livestream. Heidi attended the service with that rare combination of friendliness and dignity.Paul, Helen and Heidi delivered compassion and precision from the moment we first contacted them until the end of the day.For obvious reasons I'm in no hurry to use a funeral service again but when I do need to do so, my first call will be to Paul Williams Funerals and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them.
