Pets at Home Wokingham

The staff in this branch are so helpful and friendly, I went in to get advice on dog tagging and one of the staff invested time to help me find the right thing (even looked in other local stores) and looked at what was required by law. It was a great experience and I would really recommend this store.

The staff are always friendly and willing to help out, also very knowledgeable. Sometimes the shop seems understaffed or a bit stretched at busy times but a good sized store with a good range of stock. Would recommend to others and will certainly return in the future as/when needed.

I find the people working here always so friendly and helpful. Usually the same lady on the till, she always has a smile.Pets at home can be a little more expensive for some things but I still go there and enjoy the choice and service

Pets at Home is a great place to buy everything my cat needs. They have a wide selection of products, competitive prices, and knowledgeable staff. I would definitely recommend them to any cat owner.I mostly buy our cats food from here as well as litter and litter bags. One feedback I would provide is that it can be challenging to find products within the store and help isn't always available.

I am sorry to have to give this review to the store as the people who work in the store are great but the grooming services are appalling.If I could give zero stars to the grooming service I would. I took my dogs for a grooming service here and I couldn’t be more unhappy with the service recived. For a start one of my dogs is still dropping a lot of fur even though I booked them in for a deshed. I was told if I pay £10 per dog I would get full service only to find out when I pick them up they hadn’t cut their nails. i asked how come if I paid for a full service and I was told oh that’s not included so I said okay fine so how much is that? The lady said £10 and I said okay can you do it then and she said not now becaue you were 10 minutes late and I said well I was waiting for you to call me but as you didn’t I came back in and she said she called me but it didn’t ring. i had no calls or messages and even now that I got home the calls or messages still haven’t come through so I wonder how is it my fault I am late if she says she is going to call but she never does. On top of that I had a voucher code to use for a discount and the lady says oh you can’t use it of you don’t have the physical voucher. I think this whole situation is ridiculous and I am surprised you still have any clients if you treat them like this. Here are two dogs that will never go back here for any kind of grooming. Cheers.

One of the much better stores, staff are friendly and helpful, always happy to help you with any queries or even carry your shopping for you! They have a good variety of stock, store is always very clean and maintained well. Ample parking available outside, including disabled bays.

Everyone is quick to point out bad service but not quick to point out good service. Credit needs to given when due! George's service is consistently exceptional, down to earth, helpful, really friendly guy Travel past 2 pets at home just to go to this store! Also a massive, spacious store with good stock. Best store in the region by far.
