Fisher German Liverpool

This firm was on my lenders pannel for developmet finance. We paid the best part of £5k for them for a valuation. Their valuer turned up, seen the site, went away and took weeks and weeks to do a report. After a lot of chasing, the valuer told us he has done all of the work and he only needs to put it in a report format and the valuation of the building is £2.14m. then again after weeks of waiting the report came through. The lenders then said the report was incomplete and had no comparisons and in this meanwhile, we paid for structural report for the lender which we would not have paid if we knew the building would be down valued. then in the space of 2 weeks, the valuer gave us another 2 reports one stating the building was worth £1.8 then another one saying it is worth £1.7m. the last one was the only one accepted by the lender as they said the other two reports were just not thorough or complete enough. I do not recommend them at all.
