Excellent work - bathroom refit and painting of a 5 bedroom house (3 floors), including interior decorating - performed to a very high standard and value for money. I’ve dealt with a lot of tradesman and Michael and his team stand out given their professionalism, customer centric centricity and attention in detail.

New Look carried out a total refurbishment of my bathroom, all the old fixtures were removed and new were installed. The advice given on the new layout was greatly appreciated. The work was performed conscientiously and professionally. The final result is impressive. Highly recommended.

Michal and his team boarded my loft and added a new ladder and hatch. They were punctual, professional, tidy and very good at communicating throughout the day, whilst I was at work. He came recommended to me by a friend, and I would definitely employ him again. I am really pleased with the loft and was able to utilise the space immediately. They cleared all the rubbish as well.

We chose New Look Building Services to refurbish and modernise our bathroom based on reviews I had read. We were certainly not disappointed, from the start Michal was helpful, informative and accommodating. The standard of work by the team was very highly skilled and covered all aspects of plumbing, tiling and electrics. Their work ethic was tireless, starting early and not leaving until everywhere was tidied up and put away for the night. A couple of snags at the end, which were beyond their control were dealt with promptly and effectively. Highly recommended, we would use them again.

The work involved locating the source of an earlier leak from my hallway ceiling. A section of ceiling and plasterwork in the hall had to be removed and replaced and the whole room redecorated. New Look did an excellent job as usual and cleared everything up afterwards. Highly recommend.

Turning old airing cupboard into wardrobe - inc. Building shelves, decorating, fitting new flooring.We recently had our water tank in the airing cupboard removed when we got our new combi boiler and wanted to turn this now-empty cupboard into a wardrobe. Wojtek from Michal's team was very punctual, friendly, and did the work exactly as I had imagined, if not better. He decorated, fitted new flooring, and added purpose built shelving with a clothes rail. He even added skirting as an extra touch to finish off the job perfectly. This is the second time we have used New Look Building Services and will definitely be using again for future work. 10/10

Michal installed a complete new bathroom with heated towel rail as well as retailing the walls and the floor. The work is first class.

From the very start Michal was brilliant. Fast, responsive, always calls you the moment you send a message to discuss. The team he uses are excellent, the work is great. We are delighted with the transformation - and it was not a trivial job. Full rip out of a terrible bathroom and kitchen, all inside walls modified, electrics, plumbing, lighting - basically a rip out and start again of a one bed coach house that was in a terrible state from a prior owner that was a hoarder.One of the things I particularly liked is that Michal offers advice as to what would work and won’t work, but also collaborates when you have a vision.Great price for hard work done well. Highly recommended!

Demanded large quantities of cash payments throughout the job using pressure and emotional blackmail. Then tried to extract further thousands on what seems now an overpriced job for the service and standard left behind. Michal became unreliable, chaotic, disrespectful, inconsistent, unpleasant and caused damage to the property. The plumbing has been noisy and disruptive ever since and he is failing to respond to messages to return and rectify his admitted faults under guarantee. We are taking the matter further.
