Pets at Home Hull Anlaby

4weeks ago I got my to baby boys and everyone was so nice and kind they got us every thing they have been eating and toys

Lots of choice and prices to suit your purse the animals for sale were lovely and clean well looked after

Regular visitor with my dogs. Yes they con me into buying new squeaky toys every time. I recommend joining the VIP club if a regulator visitor.

Visited the vet,absolutely fantastic with our puppy, reception staff very polite

We changed from stoneferry to anlaby after moving house. They not only messed up our dogs fleeing and worming doses but they cancelled both rabbits pet plan after only 1 had passed away. Questions are never answered, poor customer service

Bought a flexi brand extending dog lead - I was advised by the shop assistant at pets at home Anlaby as to which to buy. I explained I had an athletic big do. Used this product three times - the lead snapped twice on two separate walks in the park. I tied the end but back on. Took it back to pets at home the manager said it was frayed and looked as if dog had chewed it. Maybe it has - but a product made for dogs should be dog proof - to only last a few weeks on three walks - to me is poor product design and wasn’t fit for purpose. The staff manager was unhelpful and defensive - so for a product costing £26 and a profit for them of say £13 they’ve alienated a customer for life. For good products and good service I don’t mind paying pets at home prices - but after this experience I shall shop online - better pricing and service. Beware of the flexi lead brand - do not purchase

Asked the vets for some advice and they advised me what they had that they thought would help as well as some other treatments I hadn’t thought of and within a few hours Botha dogs were back to their normal selves. Thanks
