I used them for the third year because I was happy up to this time. They now force you to pay for your boiler service when you make the booking. I am not into interest free money lending, particularly because I booked one Month in advance. The certificate now only comes electronically, and in my case only after I sent a reminder. When financial controlling puts the cash flow of the company before customer service, customers end up unhappy.

Trident were efficient and punctual when they upgraded our bathroom .They communicated well with the progress made , the plumbers were very polite .Clean and tidy work .Overall we were delighted with there work and would highlyrecommend them .

We have just had a new central heating system and a complete bathroom fitted by Trident over the last couple of months. They provided a top quality service at a very competitive price. Both installations were done to the highest standard and the work teams were pleasant, quick and very tidy clearing up everyday and removing all the rubbish at the end of the job.Communication was very clear and they accommodated a few changes during the fit with no problems at all.I can not praise the Trident staff highly enough, from office to work teams, they have been superb 5*****

After our old Worcester boiler broke down Luke (one of the directors of Trident) came to quote for a replacement Vaillant boiler. He was quick, responsive and got a quote out the following day as promised. He kindly managed to fit us in at a busy time of year and sent one of his engineers within a couple of weeks to replace the boiler. Ben the engineer who fitted the boiler was excellent and his fitting of the boiler was done in less than 2 1/2 days. The attention to detail that Ben showed was a credit to Trident and we will definitely be recommending them to friends and family. It is nice to have a local dependable company to provide support for our holiday rental property and intend to use them going forward. Thank you Luke & Ben and all at Trident

The guy came to my house and promised to get back to me with a quote in June. Its now 4 months later, I have not heard back from them. Fortunately I have had the work completed by another company. Their website claims to provide services related to Rain water harvesting systems but the guy who came to my house seemed clueless on the subject.

The company’s office employees have been pleasantly approachable and professional.I have been more than grateful to all the skilled employees that attended to Bathroom alterations in my mother’s flat.They have also proven themselves to be, not only competent, but very pleasant and trustworthy professionals to have in your home.They explained and discussed what they intended to complete each day. They were reliable, very clean and tidy and any queries we had were addressed immediately, with patience and understanding. They worked quietly and were polite at all times.My 90 year old mother was treated with dignity and respect, she felt safe. She is 100% delighted with her new walk in shower and appliances.

Cancelled the first appointment. Did turn up after 4 weeks. Did a survey to re wire house. Didn’t get back to us after a week. Phoned and the lady said she would chase it up. Still waiting 2 months later. Wast of both my time and the surveyor.

Just to say what a tremendous job the boys all did on Thursday. Graham plumbing the radiators was a star - it wasn't easy but he was stoic in getting the job done! Then Jim had the electrics which were a bit of a headache too, but with a hand from the other other boys managed to get the job done. All in all I am extremely impressed with the Trident team, from initial contact to quoting, to office communication, the guys were friendly, thoughtful and professional - I am really glad to have found you!

Company parks vans selfishly on double yellow lines which obstructs whole roads and can’t get pedestrians to get past. Have emailed the company multiple times over this issue and no response.If an elderly neighbour needed ambulance assistance they wouldn’t be able to get it!!!
