Well deserved 5* service from beginning to end ! Tom's help with the design, planning application and throughout the whole process until completion was absolutely outstanding. Every question, concerns or requests were answered in a timely manner and to my full satisfaction.Once Adam and his team arrived the garden room was set up in no time. Despite a lot of (unexpected) extra work they had to do, there was no complain heard at any time. They are friendly, polite and very professional team of carpenters with a great eye to detail who did an excellent job. Other than the garden room they had to build a retaining wall, decking with a few steps down and a small wall at the front of the room.I'm glad I found Urban escapes and had the pleasure to work with them. The room is used as a 'shoffice' (shed/office) and sits perfectly well at the back of my garden. Highly professional and trustful company that deserve 10* out of 5.

Grant and his team delivered a custom shed office, new fence, new garden (lawn and beds) and granite patio with retaining wall. They completed all works in 2 weeks and a day (4 days ahead of schedule). Throughout the works the team were polite, cheerful, respectful, communicative and tidied up at the end of each day. They worked incredible hard. We could not be happier with the work. Highly recommend them!

A brilliant team led by Tom - we had a great experience working with them on our project. Even when circumstances conspired against us menaing we couldn’t go through with the final build it was a genuine pleasure dealing with them and we sorted out everything easily and professionally. 100% recommended and we will definitely try a new project if circumstances allow in the future.

I used Grant and his team to build a dedicated garden office for use as an acupuncture clinic. A lot of work was put in during the planning stage to ensure the design was right and all our requirements would be met with several visits from Grant to talk through our ideas. We also had additional work done within the garden including a new fence, 2 gates, patio extension, path with lighting, trellising and an additional storage shed on the side of the garden office. The building also included heating, a toilet, 2 sinks and a hot water hand wash unit. There is no doubt that it was a challenging job mainly because we put extra demands in throughout the job which Grant and his team handled fantastically well ensuring that the best solution was found that worked well with the overall build. Grant’s knowledge, expertise, flexibility and calm nature made a huge difference to the overall management of the project. It was great to see his mind at work coming up with ideas to make sure the office and garden looked it’s best. All of his team were incredibly friendly, polite, punctual and a pleasure to have around. They completed a huge amount of work in just 2 ½ weeks and to a very high standard. I would have no hesitation recommending them for any garden project or garden office.

Our garden studio was completed a few days ago and we are really pleased with the quality and look of the finished building. The build team were professional, hard working, friendly and reliable. The planning stage required a few alterations before we arrived at the final specification, but this was all handled really well by Nandini, including a site visit and CGI images allowing the internal and external space to be easily visualised pre-build. Would happily recommend to anyone looking for a quality garden studio or office.

I am absolutely delighted with my beautiful garden writing room. It's designed in exactly the way I want it with really high quality materials.
