I've been very fortunate that Gorilla Accounting has provided Matthew Langhan as my dedicated accountant a couple of years ago, who has been working with me since.This has been an absolutely great experience, and he's made starting up and running my business surprisingly easy.There are always a lot of small details in the business accounting that can have large impacts to the company status or taxes. Matthew has consistently been incredibly well organized and aware of every little detail.Communication has been very clear and easy to understand, combined with high responsiveness from himself and the team.Any occasional hiccups have always been resolved promptly and professionally.If any naturally skeptical person like myself is considering whether Gorilla Accounting might be the right accountant for them, I can safely say it has been for me! They have been very reliable and true to their promises.

As a contractor, I have used Gorilla as an accountancy firm for a number of years and they have been excellent!My accountant Lauren Heeley is extremely professional, knowledgeable and helpful but also is able to explain things in a way that makes sense. She responds quickly with all the required information and will send helpful reminders to keep me organised. I am able to pick up the phone to her at any point to talk through any queries. It is great having one dedicated person who knows you and your business and is able to advise accordingly.I have used a few accounting firms previously, but none have measured up to Gorilla. I have referred a few of my colleagues and I would not hesitate to recommend them!

Always quick to respond to emails, never misses a deadline and is great at nudging me when I often forget to do things. I went to Gorilla after spending too many years with a main competitor who's service was going through the floor. The Gorilla team and Lisa Scholes, in particular, were great and chasing up and transitioning my LTD company across to their services.They are always to hand to answer any daft question I come up with, and remind me every time I need to be reminded to pay my Taxes on time. All at a cheaper price then others in the same marketI wouldn't hesitate to recommend Gorilla to anyone, they are excellent at what they do.

Been with Gorilla since 2018 as an IT contractor. Although my dedicated accountant was changed 3 times, all provided the same great services with a very smooth transition between them. They answer all questions in under 24h, annual leave is covered by team members, and I've never missed any of the required payments thanks to well-organised reminders.
